The application for Spring 2024 Internships has closed. If you are interested in 应用ing for a Fall 2024 internship, check back here during the Spring 2024 semester for more informtion.

Once you’ve filled out the application, 和 after the application deadline of July 14th, the CCRCI office will set up an appointment to provide additional information about possible internships plus work with you on 应用ing; this will include preparing you to submit your résumé 和 cover letters to selected organizations requesting internship interviews (see below for preparation tips).

In addition to the procedure above, students should register for ME 1900 for 3学分. Please fill out the application form first, before registering: approval is required.

After finding the right fit with an organization, you will be given an internship contract for the semester, to be signed by you, your staff supervisor, 和 your internship supervisor.

During the internship, keep an ongoing log of work done, contacts made, observations about the specific organization, 和 copies of written materials you produce. You’ll be required to send updates to the program supervisor about the progress of your internship 和 the work you’re doing on a weekly basis, 通过画布.

At the end of the semester, submit a final paper (3 pages) describing 和 assessing your internship experience: what you learned, what you accomplished, what surprised you, 等.
